As a Sales Director you will be focused on selling the MediaWallah suite of identity products and services as an integral part of a growing sales team. Reporting to the CRO, the role touches all key aspects of the sales funnel from prospecting to pitching and closing net new business. As a Sales Director you will be responsible for selling into platforms, brands, publishers as well as being part of translating market feedback into actionable product innovation and working closely with our integrated partners. We are looking for a tenured sales rep who will bring extensive experience in selling enterprise solutions, data and identity as well as a deep passion for growth and a network to build on.

SALARY: Base Range $120k-220k (double OTE) – depending on role and experience


  • Close net new accounts by selling one or more of MediaWallah’s suite of identity products and solutions across a competitive landscape
  • Tap your existing network across platforms, brands and publishers to deliver them new technology to help them scale their business in an ever-changing adtech landscape
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive proposals/business plans to address customer priorities and critical needs
  • Demonstrate industry expertise by addressing customer technology footprints, strategic growth plans, technology strategies, and the competitive landscape
  • Develop and hold relationships at multiple levels – c-level executive sponsors, influencers, and decision makers
  • Collaborating with multiple internal teams to support sales and overall customer success
  • Forecast revenue, articulate account status, update management and marketing on competitor intelligence
  • Exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Reports directly to the Chief Revenue Office
  • New York City, Los Angeles, or Austin based position but working national accounts


  • 6+ years of technical sales experience in the Martech/Adtech/Identity space selling identity/data solutions into other platforms, brands and publishers
  • Strong negotiation skills that are broadly applicable to different organizational levels
  • Ability to understand a prospect’s pain points and communicate a tailored solution
  • Expertise in navigating complex organizations while identifying influencers and closing business
  • Self-motivated, organized and comfortable working independently while prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to communicate complex details simply
  • Comfort in a fast-paced environment with ambitious growth goals
  • Ability to represent yourself as the face of the company through presence at industry-wide events
  • Preferred if you have sold identity and data solutions
  • Preferred digital ecosystem experience including programmatic
